the new orianna skin that i'm in love with
i think for most people, this month has been depressing.
i stopped peeking at Twitter after being on it since 2014, finally. the decline of that app since 2019-20 is insane. so much toxicity and hate everywhere, from all angles and perspectives. i tried to be one of those people who uses bluesky, but i don't think it is large enough for me to consider it a Twitter-killer.
speaking of being down, i've been looking for things to do to my site and finding not much motivation. one of my friends did see it and call it cute, though, so that inspired me to do some clean-up work on it. i made the blog page a teeny bit cuter. i also submitted an application to a webring at the end of last week. i still am waiting to hear back. fingers crossed! in the time since i drafted this entry, i got accepted into it!!! yay!!!
in more fun news, i've started playing a bit more league. i used to play with some of my friends, but some of them were super toxic and it rubbed off on me. playing solo is a lot more enjoyable, and i missed playing orianna :)
